BIRMINGHAM, MI – Colfax Creek Capital, a long-term investor in Midwest manufacturers, has acquired Performance Stamping, a Chicago-area manufacturer of precision metal stampings and fabricated components based in Carpentersville, Illinois.

Founded in the 1940s, Performance Stamping produces deep draw, progressive die, and compound stampings for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers across appliance, automotive, and industrial end markets. The company supports customers from early engineering input and tooling through sustained production programs.

Performance Stamping is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016, reflecting disciplined processes, strong quality systems, and consistent execution.

“Performance Stamping has earned decades of trust by doing the hard things well—solid engineering support, disciplined quality, and dependable production,” said Jason Duzan of Colfax Creek. “We’re excited to partner with the team, protect what makes the business special, and invest for the long run.”

Performance Stamping will operate alongside Dial Tool Industries and Traverse City Products as part of a growing platform under Addison Traverse Manufacturing. The businesses share aligned cultures and complementary capabilities. Colfax Creek plans to implement shared best practices, commercial collaboration, and continuous improvement tools across the platform.
