Insert-Molded and Stamped Electrical Components
Located in Addison, Illinois, we manufacture insert-molded and stamped electrical components for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive, appliance, and industrial markets. Since 1955, we’ve specialized in complex, multi-material parts that support electrical systems and fit in the palm of your hand.
Our hedgehog: Insert-molded, stamped, and assembled parts that support electrical applications and fit in the palm of your hand.
We are ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified. All production—including stamping, injection molding, tooling, and assembly—takes place in-house. This vertically integrated setup allows us to control quality, improve lead times, and reduce overall production cost.
Our core work includes small-batch prototyping and high-volume electrical component programs. We manufacture over-molded connectors, terminal shields, grounding clips, sensor housings, and stamped inserts for electronic modules and harness systems. These parts are often critical to current-carrying or signal transfer applications, where quality and dimensional stability are non-negotiable.
We also offer design-for-manufacturability input early in the process, in-house tool design and build, and custom automation solutions. This enables faster ramp-up, fewer downstream issues, and predictable part performance—especially when tolerances are tight and materials are mixed.
We work closely with engineers, sourcing teams, and program managers to ensure that our components meet every technical and operational target. Our long-standing customer relationships reflect a simple principle: we do what we say, and we stand behind what we build.
