Aluminum die casting sits at the heart of Appalachian Cast Products (ACP), the operating subsidiary of Premier Engineered Products. We create precision aluminum high-pressure die-cast parts for lawn-and-garden tools, hand tools, automotive systems, and LED lighting. Located in Abingdon, Virginia, ACP puts casting, machining, and finishing under one roof so customers move from print to production without extra hand-offs.

Founded in 1999, ACP is guided by experts with 125 years of combined aluminum die casting experience—including work on North America’s first ISO-certified die-casting plant. Today our five-acre site houses 89,000 sq ft of floor space and twelve high-pressure cells ranging from 400 to 1,000 tons. Consequently, we can match press size to part size and keep lead times short.

As a result, customers get install-ready parts, fewer freight miles, and much easier launches.
